把之前拍的一些正常細胞的照片整理了一下,加上註解做成一個照片集錦重新發佈,順便大概介紹一下病毒培養,不過後來新發的文裡都有重覆寫過,想說這樣整篇文章比較完整,不會變成單獨看一篇文章看不懂
病毒培養的檢驗是經由讓病毒感染特定的細胞之後,病毒在細胞內增殖,使細胞產生特殊的細胞病變,表現為細胞皺縮、變圓、出現空泡、融合、死亡和脫落,稱之為細胞病變效應(cytopathic
effect; CPE)。以光學倒立顯微鏡來觀察上述細胞病變,再用免疫螢光法(immunofluorescence assay; IFA)染色做確認,在螢光顯微鏡下可見黃綠色螢光,依所選用抗體的特異性,即可正確判斷為何種病毒感染
常用在病毒培養的細胞,其中五種,如下
1. HEL ( Human Embryonic Lung Cell )
Organism: Homo sapiens, human / Tissue: lung
2. HEp-2 ( Human Epithelial Cell-2 )
Organism: Homo sapiens, human / Tissue: HeLa contaminant
3. RD ( Rhabdomyosarcoma Cell )
Organism: Homo sapiens, human / Tissue: muscle
4. LLC-MK-2 ( LLC-Monkey Kidney Cell-2 )
Organism: Macaca mulatta, monkey, rhesus / Tissue: kidney
5. MDCK ( Mardin-Darby Canine Kidney Cell )
Organism: Canis Familiaris / Tissue: kidney

對於無細胞病變(non-cytopathogenic)或只有輕微細胞病變之病毒,特別是parainfluenza及mumps
virus,可利用血球吸附試驗 (hemadsorption test, HAd)來檢測其存在
